Issyk Ata gorge
Issyk Ata is a pretty popular gorge because of the hot springs. It takes just two hours to get there from Bishkek. The gorge is very beautiful and there you can have an easy hike to a mountain waterfall. There is a small pass that leads you there. Then you can have a picnic somewhere nearby. Also as an option you can visit an open swimming pool with mineral hot water. You will swim there and enjoy the adorable view of mountains around!
We will take you from your hotel at 9.00 a.m. and after 2 hours of driving you will arrive to Issyk Ata gorge. This name translates as Hot Spring because of the curative mineral water that founds here and very good for your health. The resort built in the middle of 20th century still works and people come here to swim in a special swimming pool or to drink the water.
At around 11.30 a.m. we will start our short hike to the waterfall. But before that we will visit the image of Buda that is more than 100 years old. The matter is that in past time many people used to come to this place for praying. Even today this place considered to be sacred one. After that you keep moving to the waterfall. You will have picnic at 2.00 p.m; and at 4.00 you will departure to your hotel.
