Day 1: Bishkek – Issyk Kul Lake
Happy to see you in the country of sun and hospitality – Kyrgyzstan. Our tour is going to be exciting as we have a lot prepared for you. First drivers come to Manas International Airport on cars for rent. Then they take guests to Bishkek where short investigation awaits. Guests are going to travel along Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic with further tour to Issyk Kul Lake. This lake is located in the very heart of mountains, being the pearl of Central Asia. It is the second transparent lake in the world after Baikal. The lake is considered to be sacred one, along with salty and never freezing one. Night will be in the hotel.
Day 2: Issyk Kul Lake – Karakol
Basically having a tour in the Issyk Kul region, we are starting for Karakol city. It is famous for ancient stone inscriptions and petroglyphs made by shamans about 2000 years ago, 800BC. Also being here we recommend making a tour to religious ancient locations as the Dungan mosque Orthodox Church. Both are made with no metal and nails, just of wood. The first one is created in the Chinese style, as the chinese architect was here to help in building. Night is going to be in the hotel.
Day 3: Karakol – Jeti Oguz – Issyk Kul southern shore – Kochkor
Tour is going to be along Jeti Oguz gorge. The gorge means “seven bulls”. And looking at the mountain we really can see the bulls standing here, with rocks being of red color. Near it there is the Broken Heart Mountain. Guests can travel around or hike in 20 minutes for better photos to be taken. Then everyone is taken to Bokonbaeva village and make a witness of eagle hunting show. Night will be at the locals.
Day 4: Kochkor – Tash Rabat
One of the most remarkable sites of Kyrgyzstan is Tash Rabat Caravanserai. In the past it was often visited place as stands on the way of the Great Silk Road. It was also known as a Stone Castle in the 14th century. Tash Rabat is built out of stone blocks, in the very mountain. It means there is no way out of it as the monument literally stands in the mountain. Being here guests are at the height of 3200m above sea level. The castle has about 31 rooms, used as cells as it used to be the prison in the past. Night will be made in yurts near the castle.
Day 5: Tash Rabat – Son Kul Lake
The other famous lake of Kyrgyzstan is Son Kul lake. It is located at 3013m above sea level. It is said to be high altitude lake with weather being cool even in summer. Nomads from the region come here for cattle breeding as well as using valleys for picnics and just enjoying natural landscapes. Night will be in yurts, so everyone can feel nature from inside, feel who it is amazing to become the part of it.
Day 6: Son Kul – 33 parrots Pass – Kochkor – Bishkek
During the trip back to the capital guests are taken to 33 parrots pass. Its height is 3133m, and the views are thrilling, so that it becomes one of the main photo stops. Then guests are going to visit Kochkor village and witness the process of carpets and various clothes creation. Night will be in the hotel as you are in Bishkek already.
Day 7: Flight
